First Annual Yellowgrass Folk Festival

Western Heritage Art Center will hold the First Annual Yellowgrass Folk Festival Saturday, September 4, 2010 and Sunday September 5, 2010 in West Yellowstone, Montana and will proudly present Dave Mallett.

45TH ANNUAL NATIONAL FLY FISHING FAIR AND CONCLAVE COMING TO WEST YELLOWSTONE, MONTANA AUGUST 26-28TH, 2010

WEST YELLOWSTONE — Fly fishers from across the United States and the world are uniting Aug. 26-28 for the Federation of Fly Fishers 45th annual National Fly Fishing Fair and Conclave in West Yellowstone. This is the premier event dedicated to the art and sport of fly fishing. The event features more than 75 workshops and clinics on casting, fly tying, on-water fishing techniques and other topics taught by well-known instructors such as Bruce Richards, Rhea Topping and Bob Jacklin. West Yellowstone-Old Faithful Cycle Tour

The West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the date of the annual fall cycle tour from West Yellowstone to Old Faithful will be September 25, 2010.  Up to three hundred and fifty recreational bicyclists will travel the sixty mile route along the Madison and Firehole Rivers. Mountain Bike Biathlon

The West Yellowstone Ski Education Foundation (WYSEF) invites all mountain bikers and biathetes to register for the Mounatin Bike Biathlon at the Rendezvous Ski Trails on June 26, 2010. The race will consist of five biking laps totaling 12.5 kilometers and four shooting rounds. Everyone is welcome and no shooting experience is required.  A safety clinic, practice session, loaner rifles, and ammunition will be available for novices.  more...
